About Court Theatre Training Company
Court Theatre Training Company (CTTC) is seeking a highly organised and personable Administrator & Registrar Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our students, from application through to graduation, within a dynamic, industry-facing drama school.
Based within The Courtyard Theatre in Shoreditch, CTTC offers a unique training environment where students train in a fully functioning professional theatre while being part of a close-knit and supportive learning environment.
We are proud to be a member of the Federation of Drama Schools and have recently invested in significant upgrades to our facilities, including a refurbished theatre space, new recording and digital media studios and digital learning portal.

Part-time, 3 days equivalent, 21 hours per work ideally between 9:30am–3:00pm, over 4 days, but can be flexible.

Overview
This is a pivotal, hands-on role at the centre of a prestigious organisation.
You will manage key aspects of the student journey, including admissions, student records, and day-to-day administration, while also supporting the Principal, Executive Director and Senior Management Team.
You’ll be involved in every stage of the student lifecycle, without the bureaucracy of a large institution.
Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Recruitment
- Act as a first point of contact for prospective students
- Manage enquiries and audition applications (in-person and self-tape)
- Coordinate audition days, open days, events and communications
- Maintain accurate applicant data and track progress
- Organise outreach days
Student Records & Registrar Duties
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and databases
- Monitor attendance and support student administration processes
- Support student welfare processes and signpost where appropriate
- Work with senior staff on international student compliance through UKVI
- Manage statutory reporting processes including HESA returns, NSS, and Graduate Outcomes
- Ensure data across systems is accurate and up to date
- Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Principal
- Assist with scheduling, meetings, and internal communications
- Support compliance and basic HR processes
- Manage communications, databases and reporting with our validating body
- Liaise with tutors, freelancers, and staff where required

About You
We are looking for someone flexible in their outlook. We are a small team, and we all need to roll our sleeves up to get the job done. You should be well organised, a strong written and verbal communicator and confident in face-to-face interactions with our students. You will also be a confident user of IT, ideally with strong Excel knowledge. However, we will support any training needs. A background in education, administration, or the performing arts is helpful but not essential.
Person Specification
● Prior experience in office administration
● Attention to detail
● Organisation, prioritisation, and record-keeping skills
● Confident User of IT including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
● Able to work with confidential information
● Willing to undertake training as required to perform the role
● Confident and calm under pressure
● Flexible to take on new tasks and when required
● Event or diary management is desirable
● Education to A level or level 3 equivalent is essential. Higher-level qualifications such as HND or First degree are desirable
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be proactive and work on your own initiative
