Full job description

Bar Supervisor & Front of House

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Bar Supervisor & Front of House Team Member to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys leading by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the day-to-day operation of the bar and front of house.
Lead, motivate, and support the team to ensure excellent service standards.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
Welcome guests, take food and drink orders, and provide a friendly, professional dining experience.
Ensure smooth service between the bar, restaurant, and kitchen.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
Open and close the premises when required.
Manage stock, stock rotation, and assist with ordering.
Process payments and operate the till accurately.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety throughout the venue.
Ensure all licensing regulations and company procedures are followed.

Requirements

Previous relevant experience in both bar and front of house roles is essential.
Previous supervisory experience is highly desirable.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
Ability to remain calm and work efficiently in a busy environment.
A positive, reliable, and proactive attitude with a willingness to lead by example.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Personal Licence is desirable but not essential.
