About Us & The Role
We are a fast growing, ambitious AI Marketing company operating in a high velocity startup environment. We are a tight knit, small team with a massive vision, making our office a young, energetic, and performance hungry place to build your career.

We are looking for a driven Inbound Sales Representative (ISR) to join us on site in Manchester. In this role, you will not be cold calling blind list directories; you will be responding directly to warm, inbound leads. Your core objective is simple: rapid outreach, qualifying interested leads, and booking high converting strategy calls for our Account Executives.

What You’ll Be Doing

Speed to Lead: Respond to incoming warm leads rapidly and efficiently to maximize connection rates.
Active Prospecting & Persistence: Execute structured follow up cadences to maintain strong engagement and conversion rates.
Strategic Time Management: Coordinate outreach timing strategically based on target time zones and prospective client availability.
Qualification & Discovery: Pre qualify prospects through discovery conversations and capture key business insights in our CRM.
Meeting Booking & AE Handover: Schedule discovery sessions directly onto team calendars and provide detailed context to Account Executives prior to calls.
Drive Daily Targets: Maintain consistent daily activity levels to drive quality sales conversations and consistently hit meeting targets.
Team Alignment: Participate in daily team syncs and regular performance reviews to continually sharpen your sales skills.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 1 to 2+ years of experience in phone based sales, business development, or SDR roles (preferred).
CRM Savvy: Experience with HubSpot is strongly preferred.
Mindset: Performance hungry, coachable, resilient, and thrives in a competitive, startup environment.
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and strong phone presence.
Organisation: Meticulous attention to detail regarding CRM hygiene, tasks, and follow up schedules.

Competitive Compensation: £25,000 base salary + realistic uncapped commission scheme bringing target OTE to £30,000 - £35,000.
