Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Litigation Executive specialising in Credit Hire and Personal Injury claims. In this dynamic role, you will manage a caseload of litigation files, ensuring efficient progression from initial contact through to resolution. Your energetic approach and excellent organizational skills will drive successful outcomes for clients while maintaining compliance with legal procedures. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise within a fast-paced legal environment dedicated to delivering exceptional service.

Duties

Manage and progress a diverse portfolio of credit hire and personal injury cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, insurers, solicitors, and third parties via phone, email, and written correspondence.
Prepare and review legal documents, including statements, pleadings, and court submissions with precision and attention to detail.
Use Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook to organize case information, schedule tasks, and maintain accurate records.
Conduct thorough case assessments by gathering evidence, reviewing documentation, and liaising with relevant parties to support claim progression.
Monitor case deadlines diligently using effective time management strategies to ensure all actions are completed within required timeframes.
Maintain organized case files both digitally and physically, adhering to confidentiality standards and company policies.

Requirements

Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and confidently across diverse audiences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with excellent organizational skills.
Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Good IT literacy with the ability to adapt quickly to new software or systems used within the legal environment.
Demonstrated time management skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting.
Previous experience in litigation or personal injury claims is compulsory; a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are key.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team-oriented environment.
