Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Area Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding our presence within your designated territory. Your enthusiasm, proactive approach, and excellent communication skills will help us deliver exceptional service and achieve ambitious growth targets. Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed regional sales targets
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities
Conduct face-to-face meetings, product presentations, and negotiations with B2B (business-to-business) clients
Drive company vehicles safely to visit clients across your territory, ensuring timely follow-ups and service delivery
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales activities, marketing campaigns, and product launches
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using IT tools and CRM systems

Skills

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
Valid driving license with a clean driving record for frequent travel within the territory
Proven experience in B2B sales or field sales roles
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Proficiency in IT tools such as MS Office Suite and CRM software for managing contacts and sales data
Exceptional time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
