The What...

Working closely with the People and Finance teams you will:

Leading and delivering the payroll strategy across the UK and Canada
Managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and full legislative compliance
Reviewing and approving payroll calculations, benefits, pensions and statutory payments
Overseeing payroll reconciliations, reporting, and audits
Coordinating year-end activities including statutory filings and tax documentation
Managing and developing two Payroll Administrators

To be successful, you'll have:

Proven payroll leadership experience, including managing or supervising a team
Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation (HMRC, PAYE, pensions, statutory payments)
Exposure to Canadian payroll legislation is highly desirable
Experience with payroll systems, HRIS platforms and payroll reporting
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability
A confident decision-maker with the ability to take ownership and resolve issues independently
