What are we looking for?

Excellent communicator, adept at conveying complex information clearly to non-technical audiences.
Experience of managing projects from inception to completion.
Strong research, analytical, and interpretative skills to produce reports, bids, and business cases.
Excellent organisational skills and efficient at prioritising tasks to meet deadlines with minimal disruption.
Strategic thinker, skilled in forward planning and evaluating service effectiveness to achieve targets.
Proficient in negotiating and influencing stakeholders to deliver value and effective road safety interventions.
