Salary: £25,000–£35,000 per year pro rata, depending on experience
Location: Fully remote – applicants can be based anywhere in the world
Hours: Part-time, with flexible working hours
Language requirement: Fluent written and spoken English is essential

About AdsVantage London

AdsVantage London is a specialist white-label Google Ads agency. We work behind the scenes with marketing agencies, managing Google Ads campaigns under their brand and helping them expand their services without needing to build an in-house PPC team.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Google Ads Manager to join our remote team on a part-time basis.

The role

You will be responsible for managing and optimising Google Ads accounts across a range of industries. You should be confident working independently, analysing campaign performance and making informed decisions to improve results.

Your responsibilities will include:

Setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns
Managing Search, Performance Max, Shopping and Display campaigns
Conducting keyword and competitor research
Reviewing search terms and adding negative keywords
Writing and testing ad copy
Monitoring budgets, bids and conversion performance
Improving cost per conversion, ROAS and overall account performance
Conducting regular account audits and implementing optimisations
Creating clear performance updates for the internal team
Managing multiple client accounts while meeting deadlines
Supporting conversion tracking and troubleshooting where required

What we are looking for

Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
A strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies and conversion optimisation
Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
Confidence analysing data and making performance-based decisions
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organisation and time-management skills
Fluent written and spoken English
The ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Reliable communication and the ability to meet agreed deadlines

Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Merchant Center and ecommerce campaigns would be beneficial.
