Control Room/Alarm Response Officer. Maidstone

Shift Pattern: 4 On 4 Off. 20:00 - 6:00 (When shifts fall on weekends timings will be 1800 - 0600)

Job description

At TMS Protection, we are looking for an experienced Control Room/Alarm Response Officer to join our team to co-ordinate and respond to activities in support of operations and the business during our Out of Hours service.

The successful applicant will join our team, based within our Control Room facility in Maidstone, to support our Control Room, Security and Mobile Response Officers out of office hours.

Employed as a Control Room/Alarm Response Officer, you will be supported by our experienced and dedicated Operations Team.

At TMS Protection we are seeking individuals who hold high standards to join our team.

Our Control Room/Alarm Response Officer must:

Possess excellent Time Management and Communication skills
Be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of MS Office and proficiency in using other software packages.
Be capable of prioritising response calls and providing guidance and assistance to Security and Mobile Response Officers as needed.

As a Control Room/Alarm Response Officer, you will be Responsible for:

Overseeing and co-ordinating all activities in support of operations and the business during our out of hours service.
Assisting with roster allocations and covering shifts at short notice.
Directing/coordinating Mobile Patrol Officers to respond to emergency and alarm call outs.
Attend Out of Hours emergency and alarm response calls.
Ensuring all Security Staff book on/off.
Compiling accurate and detailed logs and reports.
Monitoring Mobile Patrol Officers driving activities, and location using the Webfleet tracking service.
Issuing and checking keys in accordance with procedures.
Perform and record lone worker safety check calls.

All applicants must pass our vetting procedure and hold a full, clean Driving Licence

A Comprehensive 5 Year Work History
Current valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
