Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls with professionalism, ensuring excellent phone etiquette while directing inquiries efficiently
Perform data entry tasks accurately using computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Sage
Assist with organising files, documents, and office supplies to maintain a tidy and accessible workspace
Support team members with clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and updating records
Handle basic sales amin tasks and process orders using our in-house ordering system
Working closely with customers and suppliers to ensure orders are received on time
Contribute to the smooth operation of daily office activities
Ensure all administrative procedures are followed promptly and accurately to support overall office productivity

Requirements

Prior office experience or administrative experience is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential
Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) a basic understanding of Sage would be useful but not essential
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment
Demonstrated typing speed and accuracy for efficient data entry and document preparation
Good phone etiquette with clear communication skills when interacting with clients, vendors, or team members
Basic knowledge of clerical procedures and data management systems is advantageous
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
