You’ve got the creativity and we’ve got the tools - fancy working remotely as a Virtual Sales Bathroom Designer?

The role:

As a Virtual Sales Bathroom Designer within our Virtual Showroom team, your role involves providing expert advice and design solutions right through to sale conversion, with both trade and retail customers. You will use virtual design tools to create bespoke bathroom designs tailored to each customer's needs and preferences and follow up on any quotations, supporting our Showroom Managers across the country. Strong communication skills, sales negotiation and a keen eye for design are essential for success in this role. Working remotely, you will collaborate with customers to bring their bathroom renovation ideas to life and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Hit & Exceed Commercial Targets: Consistently meet and exceed individual monthly revenue, gross margin, and volume KPIs through high-volume lead conversion.
Manage Sales Pipeline: Track leads, follow up on open quotes, and manage prospective buyers using internal CRM software.
Conduct Virtual Appointments: Lead engaging video consultations with retail and trade customers to understand their lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and budget.
Produce 3D CAD Layouts: Translate customer measurements and floor plans into accurate, functional, and visually appealing 3D bathroom designs using industry CAD software virtual worlds
End-to-End Ownership: Act as the primary point of contact from the initial consultation through to final order sign-off.
Convert Inbound Leads: Take ownership of qualified virtual leads, running structured sales consultations designed to build urgency and secure same-day or fast-turnaround sign-offs.
Closing & Objection Handling: Master remote closing techniques, proactively surfacing buying hesitations, overcoming price resistance, and negotiating deal terms to close high-value sales.
Pipeline & Quote Conversion: Rigorously manage an active pipeline of open quotes in the CRM, executing persistent follow-up sequences to minimise quote drop-off and optimise conversion rates.

Joining our virtual bathroom showroom team means you will be fully inducted with our mandatory training over at our training centre, and a local Showroom Sales Manager. From there you’ll have a full network of experts including; Regional Showroom Sales Managers, CAD Champions virtual & in branch Buddies and virtual communities.

This role operates on a shift basis, therefore you will need to be available on evenings and weekends.

You:

Sales experience is essential, the ability to help customers make the right choices and a desire to take them through their online bathroom buying journey will be your measures of success.

Ability to influence, along with a flair for design will aid your success in this role
Passionate about delivering an exceptionally high level of customer service through our online service.
Natural desire to achieve sales
Working from home you will be self motivated and able to work to set appointment times and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills using email, video conferencing, telephone and even chat bots!
You will be able to work on a shift basis, with early shifts starting at 8am, to later shifts starting at 1pm and weekend working.
