Job Description

We have an opportunity to join our dynamic and fast paced HR team as a HR Assistant.

Duties will include:

Providing first-line support to employees and managers during the Workday Hypercare period, ensuring queries are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Supporting users in completing tasks within Workday, helping to drive confidence, adoption, and effective use of the new system.
Investigating and resolving Workday queries, escalating more complex issues to the appropriate teams where necessary.
Working within a fast-paced environment, managing a high volume of support requests while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Monitoring and tracking queries to ensure timely resolution and adherence to agreed service levels.
Collaborating with HR, Payroll, and technical teams to ensure a consistent and seamless support experience for employees and managers.
Maintaining accurate records of queries, resolutions, and support activities to support reporting and continuous improvement.
Contributing to the successful embedding of Workday across the organisation by delivering a responsive, knowledgeable, and customer-focused support service.

Qualifications

Previous experience of working as a HR Administrator or HR Assistant with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to take ownership of assigned work and tasks.
Excellent organisational, prioritisation and time management skills being able to manage a varied high volume workload ensuring deadlines are met.
Confident in the use of IT systems and HR systems.
Confident in the use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint
Strong communications skills
