Business Administration Level 3 (15 month)

Location: Ellesmere Port CH65 1AE

Salary: £12480 per year

Hours: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. - Monday - Thursday (30 min lunch)

Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable workplace experience while developing skills across administration, customer service, sales, marketing, and business development. Your role will be to support the smooth running of the business.

Responsibilities

As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience across a wide range of business activities, including:

Liaising with clients regarding bookings, enquiries, and service requirements
Preparing quotes and invoices for customers
Supporting sales lead generation through research using LinkedIn and digital tools, including AI-based platforms, to identify potential customer contacts
Building and maintaining accurate databases of prospective and existing clients
Supporting email marketing campaigns and customer follow-up activities
Helping to develop Streetwise Soccer’s LinkedIn and Instagram presence through regular posts and engaging content
Researching ideas and creating content to promote the business online
Providing general administrative support to the team
Maintaining records and assisting with day-to-day business processes

Qualifications

Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
Confident using email, phone systems, and basic IT tools
Friendly and professional customer service approach
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player

This apprenticeship offers a possibility of a full-time, permanent role within the company and future career progression.

Pay: £12,480.00 per year
