Customer Service Administrator

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.60 – £14.50 per hour, depending on experience
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, between 07:30 and 17:30
Location: Bryn Lane, Wrexham Industrial Estate

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join our growing team at our Bryn Lane site on Wrexham Industrial Estate.

This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills and takes pride in delivering a high standard of customer service.

No two days are the same, so we are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, adaptable and willing to get involved wherever required.

You will work closely with customers, drivers, the warehouse team and management to help ensure the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a growing business. Previous experience in customer service and/or administration would be advantageous, but we are also keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate the right skills, attitude and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by telephone and email.
Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
Investigate and resolve customer queries and issues effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Liaise closely with drivers, warehouse colleagues and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Process goods in and accurately record stock using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Maintain accurate records and ensure information is entered correctly onto company systems.
Support the wider business with general administrative duties as required.
Communicate effectively across all departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
Identify and escalate issues where appropriate and help find practical solutions.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction remains a priority.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience in customer service and/or administration, which would be advantageous.
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Is confident dealing with customers and colleagues at all levels.
Has good computer skills and is confident using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft-based systems.
Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Has a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn and develop.
Takes ownership of their work and demonstrates a strong work ethic.
Is able to work independently and use their own initiative.
Is comfortable working under pressure in a busy environment.
Is a team player who is willing to support different areas of the business when required.
Has a logical and practical approach to resolving day-to-day issues.
Is proactive, adaptable and willing to get involved wherever needed.

What We Offer

· £13.60 – £14.50 per hour, depending on experience.

· Monday to Friday working – no regular weekend work.

· 8 paid hours per day, with working hours between 07:30 and 17:30.

· 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
