Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Manager to lead our human resources initiatives and foster a positive, productive workplace environment. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of HR operations, from talent acquisition and employee relations to compliance and HRIS management. Your energetic approach will help drive organizational success by ensuring our HR practices support our company’s growth and employee engagement. You will serve as a key resource for managers and staff alike, promoting a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Duties

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and development.
Manage the full recruitment cycle using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft to streamline hiring processes.
Oversee onboarding procedures, ensuring new employees are integrated smoothly through effective orientation programs.
Maintain and update HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and compliance with data privacy standards.
Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and transparency, fostering open communication channels across teams.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies by conducting regular audits and training sessions.
Manage administrative HR functions including benefits administration, payroll coordination, and record keeping via platforms like Salesforce or Workday.
Support social media management related to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Collaborate with leadership to develop training programs that enhance employee skills and promote career growth.

Skills

Extensive experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), including Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft.
Strong knowledge of human resources practices, employment law, and compliance standards.
Excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with employees at all levels.
Proficiency in data entry, record management, and reporting within various HR platforms such as ATS systems and Salesforce.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills.
Experience in social media management for employer branding or recruitment campaigns is a plus.
Demonstrated administrative experience supporting HR functions like benefits administration and employee documentation.
