Graphics Production Operator

Reporting to: Print Manager / Operations Manager

Tempro Recruitment are looking for an experienced Graphics Production Operator to join our team and produce high-quality large-format printed graphics using EFI VUTEk QS2 UV and HP Latex 360 printers.

Dayshift Monday to Thursday 06:30 - 17:30

The Role

You will be responsible for:

Operating and setting up large-format digital printers.
Preparing artwork and managing print queues using RIP software.
Selecting substrates and print settings to achieve high-quality results.
Colour matching and carrying out quality checks.
Trimming, mounting, laminating and finishing graphics.
Preparing and packaging completed work for dispatch or installation.
Carrying out routine printer maintenance and minor troubleshooting.
Meeting production deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

About You

Essential:

Experience operating EFI VUTEk QS2 and/or HP Latex 360 printers.
Strong knowledge of large-format digital print production.
Understanding of colour management and RIP software.
Excellent attention to detail and quality.
Ability to manage multiple jobs and meet deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Desirable:

Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop experience.
Knowledge of laminating, mounting and finishing.
Forklift licence.
Experience in signage, exhibition, retail or vehicle graphics.
