About the Opportunity

Aurixim Partners LLP is looking for an experienced and highly motivated International Export Sales Partner with strong export experience, industrial product knowledge and international sales capabilities.

The selected professional will work closely with Aurixim Partners LLP to develop business in assigned countries, identify international buyers, generate export opportunities and close profitable business deals.

This is a performance-based opportunity offering attractive commissions and profit sharing. There is no fixed basic salary.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential buyers, importers, distributors and industrial clients in international markets.
Generate qualified export enquiries and new business opportunities.
Develop and manage sales in assigned countries or regions.
Build long-term relationships with overseas buyers and business partners.
Understand buyers’ requirements and recommend suitable industrial products and sourcing solutions.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, contracts and order quantities.
Coordinate with the company’s sourcing, documentation and logistics teams.
Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation to successful order closure.
Conduct market research and provide information about industry demand, competitors and potential buyers.
Consistently achieve mutually agreed sales and revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in export sales, international trading or global business development.
Strong knowledge of industrial products and B2B markets.
Existing connections with international buyers, importers or distributors will be highly preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Understanding of export procedures, documentation, logistics, Incoterms and international payment methods.
Ability to work independently and generate business without continuous supervision.
Strong professional network in one or more international markets.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Candidates may apply from India or any other country.
