Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic, creative, and dedicated Fitness Supervisor & Social Media Coordinator to join our small, friendly team at an exclusive fitness facility in Pimlico. This is a dual-role position that combines being a fitness supervisor with social media management and content creation, ideal for someone passionate about fitness, coaching, and digital communication.

Dolphin Square Fitness Club offers residents and the local community a fantastic gym area, complemented by three fitness studios, a tennis court, and two squash courts. In addition it boasts our luxury Spa facilities including extensive wet facilities for members and spa guests to enjoy. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow alongside an expanding, premium fitness offering.

Key Responsibilities - Fitness Supervisor Responsibilities

Be a presence on the gym floor delivering inductions, fitness programmes, and ongoing member support
Motivate and support members in achieving their health and fitness goals
Assist with general club operations including administration, membership sales, reception duties, cleaning, and overall site presentation
Provide outstanding customer service and contribute to a welcoming, professional club environment
Act as an emergency responder when required, including poolside response once facilities open
Carry out hourly checks of the facility and ongoing pool tests

Social Media Coordinator Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative social media campaigns aligned with club and organisational goals
Manage daily content creation, including writing, editing, filming, and scheduling posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter.
Update and manage the club’s social media channels to reflect daily activity, classes, events, and facility updates
Collaborate with coaching staff and management to create engaging multimedia content showcasing programmes, facilities, and member experiences
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and support online community engagement
Stay up to date with current social media trends to keep content fresh, relevant, and on-brand

Experience & Skills

Level 3 Personal Training qualification is ideally required
Experience working in a gym or fitness club environment and delivering a range of classes
First Aid qualification required (or willingness to obtain; training can be provided for the right candidate)
Willingness to become an Emergency Pool Responder when pool facilities open (training can be provided)
Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing is preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
Confident, organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities
Creative mindset with confidence representing the brand both in person and online

Job Type: Full-time
