Full job description

Job Overview

Key Qualities & Skills Required

Confident using cloud-based software such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, property management systems, and online databases.
Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT or similar) to improve efficiency, draft communications, organise information, and support administrative tasks.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and track multiple properties, tenants, maintenance issues, and deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail when updating records, checking documents, and maintaining accurate property information.
Good administrative skills, including document management, data entry, and record keeping.
Ability to track rent payments, tenancy renewals, compliance certificates, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, when dealing with tenants, contractors, and suppliers.
Proactive and able to identify issues before they become problems.
Comfortable working independently and prioritising workload.
Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new systems and technologies.

Example Responsibilities

Maintain and update the property portfolio database.
Track tenancy agreements, renewals, and property compliance requirements.
Monitor maintenance requests and contractor activities.
Prepare reports and dashboards using cloud-based systems.
Use AI and digital tools to improve processes and efficiency.
Organise digital files and ensure records remain accurate and up to date.
Support communication with tenants, contractors, and letting agents.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly organised and technology-minded individual who enjoys working with digital systems and is keen to use AI and cloud-based tools to support the efficient management of a growing property portfolio. Previous property experience is beneficial but not essential, as training can be provided for the right person.

Pay: £12.71 per hour
