Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: Competitive + annual performance bonus + car / car allowance (depending on experience) 25 days annual leave plus Bank holiday.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take complete ownership of operational performance across the business.

You'll lead hundreds of employees, inspire and lead our exceptional management team and your focus will be on continually improving every aspect of service delivery, customer experience and operational efficiency.

This role isn't about maintaining standards - it's about raising them.

You'll be responsible for

Leading and developing a high-performing operation leadership teams.
Creating an exceptional culture of accountability and excellence.
Driving exceptional client retention and customer satisfaction.
Driving operational innovation and continuous improvement
Building scalable systems and processes that support our planned rapid growth
Using technology and data to improve performance
Developing future leaders throughout the business
Ensuring compliance, quality and health & safety requirements are consistently achieved as standard business practice.
Working alongside the Managing Director to execute the company's long-term strategic vision

Who we're looking for

We're looking for an exceptional leader with the ability to inspire teams, deliver strategy, drive performance and results, regardless of industry background. You’ll have:

A proven strategic leader with a success record of leading large operational teams (200+ employees)
Experience of running multi-site service operations
Demonstrable commercial awareness
Strong financial and KPI management skills
A passion for continuous improvement
Exceptional communication, interpersonal and people leadership skills
The ability to inspire, develop and lead high-performing teams, not simply manage them.
Experience of creating cultures where people genuinely want to succeed
