Growth Marketing Lead (AI-Native)

Location: Lisburn, Northern Ireland (On-site with Leadership Team; occasional travel to London delivery operations)

Type: Permanent or Contract (Open to candidate preference)

Package: £55,000 Base (DOE) + Performance Bonus up to £25,000 (£80,000 OTE) | Contractor rate: £350/day + 25k milestone bonuses

Reporting to: Managing Director & Commercial Leadership

The Opportunity:

OKTO is a critical building systems integrator with a 33-year track record of engineering flagship projects—including The Peninsula London, Waldorf Astoria at Admiralty Arch, and major NHS trusts.

We are now scaling our new business sales function, and this role exists to build OKTO's entire AI-driven marketing and pipeline engine from zero.

You are not inheriting legacy processes or rigid corporate bureaucracy. You will be the human architect directing an advanced stack of AI agents—handling research, content drafting, outreach personalization, and CRM tracking—operating with the output level of a multi-person marketing agency.

What You'll Build & Own:

Working alongside our leadership team and external growth advisors, you will own the pipeline across three primary target sectors: Healthcare Estates, Tier 1 Construction Contractors, and High-End Hospitality / Private Members' Clubs (plus the influencing AV consultant channel).

● Landing Pages & CRM Infrastructure: Build and configure dedicated conversion pages and a CRM architecture tailored for targeted lead routing and same-day response SLAs.

● Category-Creation Content: Produce high-leverage content around OKTO's core messaging (Decision-Grade Outcomes, The Translation Gap, Invisible AV) using AI-driven workflows.

● Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Execute targeted, personalized campaigns toward tier-one engineering consultancies and main contractors.

● Flagship Case Studies & CPD Modules: Turn complex delivery work into polished one-pagers and accredited CPD presentations for key industry influencers.

● Pipeline Analytics & Reporting: Own qualified lead generation as the single source of truth for commercial growth metrics.

Growth at OKTO relies on high-velocity execution. You won't achieve this by working long days manually writing posts or moving spreadsheet rows; you'll achieve it by leveraging AI agents to automate the volume:

● Daily Published Content: Drafted by AI agents, curated and refined by your editorial judgment.

● Automated Nurture Sequences: Continuous, automated multi-touch workflows that keep prospects warm.

● Rapid Inbound Triage: Instant lead categorization and AI-drafted responses for rapid follow-up.

Culture & Work Ethic:

This is a build phase, not a maintenance role — and the person who thrives here is genuinely invested in outcomes, not just hours on a clock. Early on, that will likely ask for more than a strict 9-to-5. AI agents handle the volume; they don't replace the drive to check in on a campaign at the right moment, jump on a hot lead the second it lands, or push a piece of content out because the moment is right, not because it's Tuesday. If you're looking for a role where you clock off at 5pm and switch off completely, this probably isn't it. The bonus structure exists specifically to reward the person who goes the extra distance — not the person watching the clock.

What We're Looking For:

● 3+ years in B2B growth or performance marketing (Construction, Commercial Real Estate, Smart Buildings, or High-Tech B2B strongly preferred).

● Hands-on experience configuring CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, ) and building high-converting landing pages from scratch.

● Demonstrated fluency with AI workflows: Active experience using AI tools for content generation, market research, and process automation at scale.

● Outcome-Obsessed: You take pride in lead quality, pipeline conversion, and speed-to-market rather than just vanity engagement metrics.

The Rewards & Bonus Structure:

● Competitive Base (£55,000) or Contract Rate (£350/day)

● Up to £25,000 Performance Bonus:

○ Phase 1 (First 90 Days): Up to £5,000 Build Bonus for meeting core infrastructure delivery milestones.

○ Phase 2 (Month 4 Onward): Up to £20,000 Revenue & Pipeline Bonus tied directly to qualified leads and deal pipeline generated.

● Full AI Tooling & Software Budget: Dedicated budget for AI agent platforms, CRM tooling, and marketing infrastructure.

● A Career-Defining Portfolio Case Study: Build a proven, AI-native marketing engine from scratch in a rapidly scaling engineering firm.

Pay: £55,000.00 per year
