Job Vacancy: Golf Operations Assistant at Foxhills Collection

Are you enthusiastic about providing exceptional service and support in a vibrant golfing environment? Foxhills Collection is seeking a dedicated Golf Operations Assistant to join our team and contribute to the seamless operation of our renowned golf facilities at our prestigious establishment.

Position: Golf Operations Assistant
Location: Foxhills Club & Resort
Type: Part time

About Us:
Foxhills Collection is renowned for its luxurious accommodations, exquisite dining experiences, and world-class golf facilities. Located in Ottershaw, our establishment offers an unparalleled golfing experience amidst stunning surroundings.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the overall operation of the golf facilities, including the golf range, rental items and changing rooms.
Greet and welcome members and guests, providing assistance with check-in, reservations, and inquiries
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the golf shop, locker rooms, and other public areas
Assist with the set-up and coordination of golf events, tournaments, and outings
Monitor pace of play on the golf course and assist in enforcing golf course rules and etiquette
Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise in the golf shop

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a golf or hospitality environment
Passion for golf and a basic understanding of golf etiquette and rules preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
Flexibility to work shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Basic computer skills for processing reservations and transactions
