Full job description

Location: Shillingstone, Dorset (on-site)
Hours: 15 hours per week

Monday: 9:00am – 3:00pm
Wednesday: 9:00am – 3:00pm
Friday: 9:00am – 12:00pm
Pay:
£13 per hour

We are a fast-growing, family-run business based in Dorset, producing innovative, 100% natural bone broth products for both humans and pets. Our brands are known for quality, sustainability, and pushing boundaries in the food industry.

The Role

We’re looking for a creative and organised Social Media & Content Assistant to help bring our brands to life online. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of content creation, planning, and light website work.

You’ll be working closely with the founder to execute content across social media, email, and website platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and schedule content across social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Create engaging posts, reels, and stories
Design graphics using tools such as Adobe or Canva
Upload and update products/content on Shopify websites
Maintain a consistent brand look and feel across all platforms
Support content campaigns, launches, and promotions

Skills & Experience

Essential:

Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business
Strong design skills (Adobe Creative Suite essential, Canva - desirable)
Good written English and attention to detail
Organised and able to follow a content plan

Desirable:

Experience with Shopify website updates, Wordpress if possible
Photography or video editing skills
