Duties

Engage with clients via various channels, including telemarketing and face-to-face interactions, to promote protection insurance products
Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify clients’ risks and recommend suitable coverage options
Negotiate terms and close sales effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies
Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications, updating records, and maintaining accurate documentation
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones
Provide clear, transparent communication about policy features, benefits, and costs to empower client decision-making
Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any questions or concerns

Requirements

Proven experience in insurance sales or related customer service roles, with a focus on protection products
Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms while maintaining client trust
Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in Spanish and bilingual proficiency, to serve diverse customer bases effectively
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to articulate complex information clearly
Analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend appropriate solutions
Experience in sales administration, telemarketing, or marketing strategies is highly desirable
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
