Full job description

Angus Dundee Distillers are a long established Scotch Whisky producer with 2 distilleries and a maturation, bulk spirits and bottling facility in the central belt of Scotland. Our company supplies high quality bottled product worldwide and an opportunity has arisen based at our Coatbridge bottling and warehousing facility for a Bulk Spirits Administrator. This is a key role reporting to the Bulk Spirits Coordinator.

Key tasks include:

Spirit receipts
Preparing dispatch documentation
Spirit accounting
Spirit reconciliations DRAMS data entry
Purchase orders
SEED checks
Duty payments
W1 reporting
Checking the input of the maturation stock for maturation supervisor
Cask Re-gauging calculations
Filing
Updating cask/bulk planner or a daily basis

What we are Looking for:

Good communication skills are essential to this role along with the ability to provide support to other departments.
Experience of a stock management systems e.g., SAP, DRAMS, SAGE 200 is required of the suitable candidate.
Basic knowledge or HMRC procedures in relation to accounting and movement of excisable goods including export documentation is desirable.
Experience of whisky or spirits industry preferred but not essential.
