LOCATION & WORKING PATTERN

Leeds
Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week in office

REMUNERATION

Salary of £50-55k

As Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering deliver a range of business-critical projects across operational, technology and change environments

WHAT SUCCESS IN THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE

Within your first 12 months, you will have:

Successfully delivered a portfolio of strategic projects
Built credibility with senior stakeholders, and implemented improvements that enhance operational performance, customer outcomes and business efficiency.
Become recognised as a trusted delivery partner, bringing together diverse teams, navigating complexity and ensuring project achieve their intended outcomes.

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for an ambitious person with a proven record of success and with:

Proven project management experience delivering multiple projects from inception to implementation
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience managing budgets, risks, resources and project governance
Ability to influence at all levels and drive projects to successful outcomes
PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent qualification desirable
Experience of technology, operational improvement or business change projects would be advantageous
