Site Manager – Temporary to Permanent

Location: Liverpool
Salary: £34,434 – £37,280 per annum
Hours: Full time
Start: ASAP
Contract: Temporary initially, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Site Manager to join an education setting in Liverpool. The role is available ASAP on a temporary basis initially, with the opportunity to move into a permanent position for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the buildings and grounds are maintained to a high standard and providing a safe, secure and welcoming environment.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for a broad range of site-related duties, including:

Managing the day-to-day running and maintenance of the school site.
Overseeing the upkeep of the buildings, grounds and facilities.
Supporting site security and ensuring the premises remain safe and secure.
Carrying out routine maintenance and identifying any repairs or issues that require attention.
Supporting health and safety across the site.
Helping to maintain high standards of cleanliness across the premises.
Dealing with general site issues and ensuring they are addressed efficiently.
Taking responsibility for the overall condition and presentation of the site.

About You

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and able to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of a busy school site.

You should have experience within a site management, premises, facilities or maintenance environment and be confident managing a wide range of responsibilities.

A practical approach, strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently are important for this position.
