Full job description

Kaelor Logistics is a fast-growing logistics company operating across East Anglia, providing delivery solutions for some of the UK’s largest parcel networks.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly organised, proactive and reliable Administrative Coordinator to become a key part of the business.

This is a fully remote role where you’ll be trusted to manage your own workload and keep the day-to-day administration of the business running smoothly. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being organised, takes pride in getting things done and is comfortable working independently.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing emails and telephone enquiries.
Organising driver onboarding and maintaining personnel records.
Booking vehicle MOTs, servicing and repairs.
Keeping company records, spreadsheets and documents up to date.
Liaising with drivers, customers and suppliers.
Preparing contracts and onboarding paperwork.
Monitoring important dates and ensuring nothing gets missed.
Supporting the directors with the day-to-day administration of the business.
Continuously looking for ways to improve processes and make the business more efficient.

About you

You’ll be someone who:

Is exceptionally organised and has excellent attention to detail.
Communicates confidently and professionally.
Is confident using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Can prioritise tasks and work independently without constant supervision.
Takes ownership of their work and enjoys solving problems.
Has previous administration experience (logistics experience is beneficial but not essential).
