Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration Assistant to support our office operations. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily functions by managing administrative tasks efficiently. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with office experience and strong computer skills to develop their career within a professional environment. Duties

Answering and directing phone calls with professional etiquette
Managing correspondence, including emails and postal mail
Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation
Data entry using various software programmes such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
Assisting with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Supporting team members with administrative needs and ad hoc projects
Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and organised

Requirements

Proven office experience or administrative background
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
Good phone etiquette and communication skills
Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute preferred
Clerical experience that demonstrates reliability and professionalism
