Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and proactive General Handyman/woman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of facilities including landscaping. ensuring operational efficiency and safety.

This role requires a hands-on approach, with the ability to troubleshoot, perform basic repairs, and supervise maintenance tasks as needed. The ideal applicant will possess a broad skill set, including gardening, electrical, building expertise and excellent eye for improvement. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your technical skills and organisational abilities will be valued.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance and repairs across various facilities and equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues efficiently
Perform and utilise schematics for complex repair tasks
Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals if required.
Lead small teams during repair or installation projects
Ensure all work areas are kept clean, safe, and organised

Experience

Proven experience in general maintenance or handyman roles with a focus on electrical, building and landscaping.
Electrical experience including troubleshooting wiring and circuit issues
Strong understanding of maintenance procedures.
This role offers an engaging environment where technical expertise combined with skills learnt via Experience gained by being hands on.

Pay: £100.00-£150.00 per day
