Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Office Junior to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in administration and office support. The successful candidate will assist with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Answering and directing telephone calls professionally.
Filing, scanning, photocopying, and maintaining office records.
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Assisting with data entry and updating company databases.
Ordering office supplies and monitoring stock levels.
Supporting team members with general administrative duties.
Maintaining a tidy and organised office environment.

Skills and Experience:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous office experience is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
