Shape the future of industrial technology marketing

Cognesense is building a global platform of companies focused on technologies that measure, monitor, and protect the environment and critical industrial infrastructure.

With a major brand launch underway and continued international growth, we are seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to define and deliver how we go to market at scale.

This is a UK-based role, with flexibility to be located at one of our UK Cognesense sites.

About the Role

This is not a traditional marketing leadership role. We are looking for a modern, commercially focused marketing leader who can combine strategy with hands-on execution. You will lead the development and delivery of global marketing programmes that strengthen the Cognesense brand, generate pipeline, and support growth across a multi-brand portfolio.

Working closely with senior leadership and the Creative Director, you will bring a new global brand to life across multiple channels, markets, and acquired businesses.

What You’ll Do

Deliver integrated marketing campaigns that generate measurable commercial growth
Execute a consistent, high-quality global brand across digital and offline channels
Use modern tools, including AI, to improve speed, targeting, and effectiveness
Translate complex technical products into clear, compelling customer messaging
Support sales teams with high-impact materials and content
Manage digital channels, including website and LinkedIn
Track, analyse, and optimise marketing performance
Build and manage a network of specialist external partners
Support marketing integration across newly acquired companies

About You

You are a hands-on marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth environment.

You will bring:

Experience within industrial, engineering, or technology-led businesses
A strong track record of delivering marketing that drives commercial results
Confidence with digital platforms, CRM systems, and performance analytics
Experience using modern marketing tools, including AI
The ability to communicate complex technical solutions clearly
A proactive, high-ownership approach
