Job Description

The main duties of the postholder will be:

Receiving, reviewing and processing licensing applications
Provide assistance to the Senior Paralegal in all aspects of licensing and regulatory matters;
required to take decisions on procedural matters relation to applications for licenses;
complaints about licence holders and to give advice on most aspects of law and procedure related to licensing matters with the assistance of Senior Paralegal and Solicitors.
planning and developing of good working practices, work as part of a team and have the ability to work unsupervised at a reasonably advanced level.
good legal knowledge of the statutory requirements for licensing and regulatory matters
Working with the Clerk of both the Licensing Board and Regulatory Committee.
Attending both Licensing Board and Regulatory Committee as and when required
