Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Cleaning Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various lodges, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for cleanliness and organisation to contribute to a professional setting.

Duties

Perform routine cleaning tasks throughout the lodges in between check in and check out times
Maintain laundry throughout and after shift
Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly
Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and cleaning materials as needed
Use specialised cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively
Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning activities
Follow health and safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Experience

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is advantageous
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail with organisational skills to ensure thorough cleaning standards are met
Reliable with a professional attitude towards hygiene and safety standards
