Job Purpose
The Signage Installer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and removal of a wide range of signage products, including internal and external signs and vehicle graphics. The role requires excellent practical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Install a variety of signage products at client locations.
- Read and interpret drawings, site surveys, and installation plans.
- Ensures all work is completed to specification.
- Use hand tools, power tools, access equipment, and lifting equipment safely.
- Install vinyl graphics, wall wraps, window graphics, and directional signage.
- Conduct site inspections and report any issues or variations.
- Ensure all installations meet quality, safety, and company standards.
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and replacement of existing signage.
- Complete installation reports, photographs, and customer sign-off documentation.
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working order.
- Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and project managers.
Skills & Experience Required
Essential
- Previous experience in signage installation, graphics installation, or a related trade.
- Competence using hand and power tools.
- Ability to work from technical drawings and installation instructions.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and handling signage materials.
- Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.

Working Conditions

Qualifications and Experience
· Good understanding and approach to health & safety
· Experience of safe working at heights
· Confidence whilst working at height
· Safe manual handling of materials, fixtures and fittings
· Full UK Driving license
· Experience in sign installation (Minimum 2 years)
· Willingness to learn and continuously improve
· Hands on practical skills
· CSCS – minimum blue level
· Working well on your own using initiative and as part of a team at times is required
