Job Overview

Front Desk Receptionist – Accident Repair Centre

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our busy Accident Repair Centre.

As the first point of contact for customers, insurance companies, and accident management companies, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service.
Answering and directing telephone calls and emails.
Managing bookings, appointments, and vehicle collections.
Updating customer records and repair progress.
Working with accident management portals and insurance company systems.
Liaising with insurers, accident management companies, suppliers, and repair technicians.
Processing paperwork, invoices, and administrative tasks.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Requirements:

Previous reception, customer service, or administration experience preferred.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Good computer skills and ability to learn industry-specific software.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional and positive attitude.
Experience within the automotive, accident repair, insurance, or claims industry would be an advantage but is not essential.
