We’re looking for enthusiastic and caring Early Years Practitioners to join our dedicated team—people who bring energy, creativity, and a genuine passion for supporting young children to thrive.
The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll play a key role in shaping children’s early experiences. You’ll create engaging learning opportunities, support development, and help maintain a safe, stimulating environment in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning and delivering fun, engaging activities tailored to children aged 0–5
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Building strong, professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Observing, assessing, and supporting children’s development in line with EYFS requirements
- Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging cooperation and respect
- Acting as a positive role model and supporting team members where needed
- Ensuring health, safety, and wellbeing standards are consistently met
- Contributing to continuous improvement and your own professional development
What We’re Looking For
- A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
- Experience working with children in an early years or childcare setting
- A sound understanding of child development and early learning
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written English)
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational skills and a positive, proactive attitude
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
