Full job description

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Visa Caseworker to join our growing visa consultancy team. The successful candidate will assist clients with Schengen and other travel visa applications, ensuring all documents are complete and applications are submitted correctly and on time.

This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and previous experience working in a visa consultancy, travel visa agency, or immigration services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on visa requirements and application procedures.
Review and check client documents for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and complete visa application forms.
Book and manage appointments with VFS, TLScontact, embassies, and consulates.
Guide clients through the visa application process from start to finish.
Follow up with clients regarding missing documents and application updates.
Maintain accurate records of all client cases.
Liaise with visa centres and relevant authorities when required.
Ensure all applications meet current visa and embassy requirements.
Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years' experience working in a visa consultancy, travel visa agency, or similar environment.
Experience processing Schengen visa applications.
Strong knowledge of visa documentation requirements.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Good organisational and administrative abilities.
Ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
High attention to detail and accuracy.

Desirable

Experience with VFS Global and TLScontact appointment systems.
Experience handling applications for other travel destinations including the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia.
Additional language skills would be an advantage.

Pay: £24,420.00-£42,740.43 per year
