Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business activities and ensure the smooth functioning of our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent organisational skills, and a proven track record in management within the roofing industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a motivated team, optimise operational processes, and contribute to the overall success of our company. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service
Manage and develop team members through coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations
Oversee sales strategies and merchandising initiatives to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction
Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and improve operational workflows
Implement organisational policies and procedures in line with company objectives
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, motivation, and professional growth
Handle customer enquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette
Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
