Job Summary
We are seeking Associate Dentists to join our growing team!
We are delighted to be able to offer positions to Associate Dentists in our newly refurbished Clinic, with clinical freedom and support in developing further skills/special interests. We have a full team of staff including dental nurses, reception staff and clear management structure.
You will deliver comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction.
Part-time and full-time roles will be considered.
Duties
- Provide high-quality general dentistry services
- Opportunity to perform complex procedures (mentorship available in complex procedures, extractions, IV sedation and oral surgery including implant dentistry)
- Utilise dental terminology accurately to communicate, diagnose and treatment plan effectively with patients and team members.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, dental examinations, ensuring compliance with regulations and patient privacy.
- Use dental software competently or acquire skills with training
- Maintain strict infection control protocols and operate a safe environment for patients and staff
- Collaborate with the dental team effectively
- Document all treatments thoroughly in medical records
- Stay current, maintain CPD, and utilise opportunities for professional development
- Operate in a manner to support the business and maintain practice ethos
Qualifications
- Valid BDS Qualification or equivalent
- GDC registered
- Passion for high quality care
- Thirst for knowledge and learning
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Proven experience in general dentistry
- Experience working in a private or fast paced dental clinic is highly preferred.
- Ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other complex procedures confidently.
