Full job description

Job Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Dental Nurse to be part of our family run group of Practices and to join our team in Armagh. As this is a Denplan Practice, an enhanced hourly rate will be offered. The successful applicant will work 39.5 hours per week from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Thursday and from 8:00am-4:00pm on Fridays.

Duties will include assisting the dentist, sterilising dental equipment, keeping the surgery clean and occasional reception duties. Promoting high standards of patient care at all times is vital. Both Trainee and Qualified Dental Nurses are welcome to apply!

Essential Criteria:

Fully qualified dental nurse or be willing to complete a NEBDN Diploma in Dental Nursing
Previous experience in a customer facing role
Be flexible to meet the needs of the practice
The ability to work as part of a team
Trainee Dental Nurses MUST have obtained both Maths and English GCSE's (Grades A-C) or Essential Skills in Maths, English and ICT in order to be eligible for a place on the Clear Dental Academy Course.

Desirable Criteria:

Registered with the General Dental Council
Have completed a NEBDN Diploma in Dental Nursing
