Financial Services Administrator

WeRecruit4You Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing financial services client for a highly organised and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator looking to develop their career within the financial services sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting a professional financial planning team, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of administrative and client service functions.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, compile and maintain accurate reports and documentation using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Support financial planning activities by assisting with the analysis and organisation of financial data.
Manage client communications via telephone, email and written correspondence, providing a professional and high standard of customer service.
Coordinate diaries, appointments and meetings using Microsoft Outlook.
Maintain client records and documentation, ensuring information is accurate, compliant and up to date.
Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry and document management.
Assist in the preparation of financial documentation, reports and client presentations.
Liaise effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth workflow.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Candidate Requirements

Previous administration experience within financial services, financial planning, mortgages, banking, insurance or a related sector.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
Strong report preparation and data analysis skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to work independently while also contributing positively within a team environment.
Experience supporting financial advisers or financial planning teams would be advantageous but is not essential.
