ABOUT THE ROLE…

We have a passion for Making Memories in Manorview, whether it be a first or a last, we want our clients and guests to have an experience they will never forget. This role is key to ensure we can deliver this!

As a Wedding and Events Sales Manager you will lead your department to secure leads for weddings and events, tailoring their packages to make sure their special day is as perfect as they want!

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR…

Generating managing sales leads to optimise bookings for your venue
Participating in meetings with the Senior Management and wider sales team to discuss areas of focus for your venue
Collaborate with the Operations Team, detailing a full handover for preparation of Weddings and Events
Managing your schedule accordingly, to fully maximise opportunities within your venue
Act as point of contact for our clients and suppliers
Responsible for the training, mentoring and development of Wedding and Events Sales Coordinators (Venue Specific)
Accurately provide reports for Senior Management Team and The Support Team
Host show rounds for our guests, offering a world class experience, providing quotations and securing bookings for their once in a life time experience

Other Adhoc duties will be required from time to time also, which will be discussed to you in advance

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED…

A Minimum of 2 Years Sales Experiences (Essential)
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage workload (Essential)
Experience of leading a team (Essential)
Excellent communication skills (Essential)
Experience with ResControl Systems (Desirable)

We pay a fair wage – with our hourly pay being higher than the Government rates, at a minimum. Your earnings will be further enhanced by our 10% service charges and other tips that guests leave – with 100% of tips being retained by the team.
