Full job description

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our team. This is a hands-on, target-driven role, where you will be responsible for picking and packing orders efficiently, managing inventory, and assisting with the operation of our freeze dryers. The ideal candidate will thrive in a diverse role with a mix of responsibilities and enjoy contributing to our team’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick and pack orders based on set targets to ensure timely dispatch.
Empty and refill freeze dryers to maintain production flow.
Prepping and organizing stock for storage or shipment.
Emptying pallets and organizing warehouse space.
Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
