Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Sales Negotiator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in facilitating property sales, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the agency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career within the property industry, working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for clients interested in buying and selling.
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers.
Negotiate offers and lease terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Manage and maintain accurate records of all property listings, client interactions, and transactions.
Assist with marketing properties through various channels, including online platforms and social media.
Provide administrative support such as preparing correspondence, and reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Stay informed about local property market trends and relevant legislation.

Requirements

Proven administrative experience with excellent organisational skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a broader client base.
Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
Previous experience in property sales or lettings is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
A professional attitude with a proactive approach to customer service.
Valid UK driving licence is preferred but not mandatory. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to build a career in real estate within a supportive team environment. Candidates should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, organisational ability, and a passion for delivering outstanding service to clients.

Pay: £24,420.00 per year
