Role Details

Salary: £30-35,000 DOE
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday–Friday, Hybrid
Location: Rosewood, Crockford Lane, Chineham Park, Basingstoke, RG24 8UB

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be at the centre of our recruitment activity, supporting operational hiring across multiple sites and helping deliver an outstanding candidate journey from application through to onboarding.

Your role will include:

Managing high-volume recruitment campaigns for Warehouse Operatives and Drivers
Writing engaging adverts and promoting vacancies across multiple channels
Screening candidates and conducting telephone interviews
Coordinating interviews and partnering closely with hiring managers
Supporting onboarding and pre-employment checks
Keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process
Maintaining accurate recruitment records and compliance documentation
Working collaboratively with the wider Recruitment Team to meet business hiring demands
Contributing ideas to improve processes, attraction, and candidate experience

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, organisation, and a genuine passion for recruitment.

You’ll ideally have:

Experience in fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environments
Previous exposure to Logistics, FMCG, Distribution, or Supply Chain recruitment
Experience recruiting operational roles such as Warehouse Operatives or Drivers
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
A proactive, adaptable, and team-focused approach
A passion for delivering a positive candidate experience
