About the Role

We're looking for a friendly, confident, and driven marketer to take ownership of campaigns, brand relationships, and marketing across a fast-growing business. Just as important as experience is the right personality — we want a natural communicator we can support, train, and grow into a brilliant Marketing Manager.

This is a hands-on, people-facing role, not a desk-bound one. You'll help shape and deliver our marketing, work directly with key brands and suppliers, coordinate activity across our UK and overseas teams, support launches and events, and represent the business with customers. As you grow into the role, you'll take on more ownership and, in time, lead a small team as we scale.

What You'll Be Doing

Ownership & Coordination

Help shape the marketing plan, aligned to business priorities
Coordinate activity across the UK and overseas teams
Keep projects moving and on track (with growing responsibility over time)

Campaigns & Execution

Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns
Coordinate website, social media, and promotional activity
Make sure everything is aligned, on time, and high quality

Brand & Supplier Relationships

Work closely with key brands to deliver joint campaigns
Manage expectations and drive collaboration
Build strong, lasting professional relationships

Events, Travel & Visibility

Organise exhibitions, trade events, and promotions
Attend events and represent the company
Occasional travel and overnight stays required

Performance & Improvement

Track campaign performance and results
Identify improvements and optimise marketing activity
Bring ideas and initiative — not just execution

Essential:

A warm, chatty, and confident communicator who builds rapport easily
Genuinely enthusiastic about marketing, with some relevant experience (around 2+ years, or a strong marketing qualification)
Well organised and able to juggle a few things at once
A positive, can-do attitude — eager to learn, grow, and take on responsibility
Creative, with a practical, hands-on approach
Full UK driving licence (essential)

Bonus points if you have:

Experience working with brands, suppliers, or B2B customers
Events or exhibition experience
Experience coordinating overseas teams or remote colleagues
