We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food ideally pancakes! And for sales and customer satisfaction, with the ability to communicate effectively and build long-lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
· Opening and closing the concession shop

· Setting up the shop counter

· Sampling with customers

· Serving customers

· Managing the till system

· Managing Deliveroo and food apps

· Supporting the General Manager with concession tasks

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Retail Associate to help support our Kiosk based in Cribbs Causeway Mon-Sun as part of our friendly team. You must have a genuine love for food and ideally desserts!

We require someone who enjoys adapting to change as our business continues to grow in this sector, along with someone passionate about offering 5-star customer service.

*As the role will involve lone working applicants should be over 18 years of age*
