This role is the key link between our customers, engineers, suppliers and wider business team.
You'll be responsible for co-ordinating service and installation works, communicating with customers, managing expectations, and ensuring every job is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys building positive relationships. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a genuine desire to help customers are essential.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Work planning and job scheduling.
- Supervision of un-planned service and installation scheduling.
- Managing costs and liaising with customers regarding further works.
- Allocation of Cool Services Group resources.
- Sourcing of required materials, equipment and sub-contract services including timing and locations * Maximise Cool Services resource utilisation and optimise field operations to plan and deliver a safe, effective and efficient service.
- Ensure that all site documentation (including test results/certificates) is collated and passed to Finance as part of the billing pack to support customer invoicing.
- Properly use the company’s operational systems to maintain full, accurate and timely records. Encourage all staff to do so.
- Promptly deal with any telephone, written, email or face to face queries.
Experience
· Knowledge of the air conditioning sector would be an advantage but training will be given.
· A good mechanical understanding would be an advantage but not essential.
· Demonstrable record of face to face, phone and email interaction with customers (private and commercial), colleagues, managers and suppliers at all levels across all functional areas.
· Experience of working under pressure in a busy office environment is essential.
· A calm, measured and thorough approach to problem-solving.
· Track record of using IT as an integral part of a job.
