Job Overview

Sarens PSG are a leading provider of heavy lift & engineered transport, port marshalling, assembly, deployment and intergration solutions to the offshore wind sector thought out Scotland.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, fostering strong relationships, and driving revenue growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales, strategic analysis, and leadership to make a significant impact within our organisation.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and networking.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Present compelling proposals and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions that meet client expectations.
Utilise company CRM to track leads, manage pipelines, and generate sales reports.
Lead negotiations to close deals effectively while ensuring mutual benefit.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to enhance brand visibility and network expansion.
